Ginger Snap Cookies

2c Brown Sugar

1 1/2c Shortening

1 1/2c Molasses

2 Eggs

4c Flour

4tsp Baking Soda

1tsp Salt

2tsp Ginger

2tsp Cinammon

1tsp Cloves

Preheat oven to 300°F. Cream first four ingredients together. Mix remaining ingredients together. Roll into balls, roll in sugar. Press onto cookie sheet, bake 6-10 minutes.
